Groundbreaking Results of Water Nonlinearity in THz Range in Nature Photonics Research Highlights

The results of FemtoLab research of high Kerr nonlinearity of water in THz spectral range was highlighted by Oliver Graydon, the Chief Editor of Nature Photonics Journal.  Access to article

The results were first published by Tcypkin's group in Optics Express this April. The novel idea that the value of the nonlinear refractive index coefficients of water in THz range is six orders of magnitude higher than for the visible and IR ranges was substantiated and experimentally proved.
